2nd Edition of The Washington State Geospatial Poetry Anthology

Welcome to the 2nd Edition of A Sense of Place: The Washington State Geospatial Poetry Anthology. This edition features over 70 poems about places in Washington State. We hope that this will introduce poetry to a new set of readers all over the globe, and intrigue poetry lovers to the new possibilities for poetry and technology.

The first edition of this anthology was the brainchild of Katharine Whitcomb (a poet and English professor at Central Washington University), Dr. Robert Hickey (Geography professor at CWU) and Marco Thompson (graduate student in Resource Management at CWU). Marco is the code writer and web designer for this website. We are extremely pleased to debut the stand alone dedicated website that you are visiting!
